Where Los Angeles flies
Thirty-five years of international traffic at LAX, one month at a time: monthly passenger rankings for 244 destinations, 1990 to 2026.

Each frame is the sum of passengers in that month and the eleven months before it, which suppresses ordinary seasonality without flattening a structural change. The first frame is December 1990 and stands for the whole of 1990; the last is May 2026.
The figures are reported segment passengers in both directions, not unique travelers, and a flag denotes the destination airport’s country or territory rather than any passenger’s nationality. May 2026 is the last month available and may be revised in a later BTS release.
