Ownership is the Los Angeles County Assessor's file of publicly owned parcels, which names who holds each deed, last updated November 9, 2025. Land use and building details are its 2025 roll, and the 2017 list is the City's own property inventory. Related agencies such as the Housing Authority are separate legal bodies and are off by default.
